I need to be patented for this healthiest ever #balaleett (a Kuwaiti/gulf originated dish made from saffron and cardamom infused sweetened angel hair pasta served with fried eggs) 👍 not only this is incredibly delicious, it surely can compete with the original and crush it with its nutritional values.

What you need 

1 medium sized spaghetti squash cut lengthwise, seeds removed then roasted cut side down in a 180C oven for 30-40 mins depending on your oven.

1 tsp cardamom (and a pinch to be added on fried eggs)

1/2 tsp saffron threads soaked in 1 tbsp hot water for 10 minutes

1/4 a cup ground coconut sugar or maple sugar

2 tbsp homemade ghee

3 free range eggs mixed with 1/2 tsp salt and the reserved pinch of cardamom

Super Delicious Vegan and Paleo Truffles

These are delicious low sugar treats that will be favored by all chocolate lovers and healthy living champs out there. I will prepare them in three stages (hence change in photo shoots) but it’s so worth it

What you will need 

Stage one 

(Creating filler)

150 g home roasted hazelnut crushed into small pieces

100 g organic coconut sugar

2 tbsp. coconut nectar (to help coconut melt easy. alternatively 2 tbsp. maple syrup

Stage two 


200 g 85% chocolate chips or use my recipe to prepare your own with less sugar content and more cocoa

1 scoop of your favorite protein powder

Stage three 

(Shaping and preparing)

200 g melted dark chocolate 85% cocoa content

150 g toasted almond bit

1/2 cup raw cocoa (optional)
